What i did today =P… and yesterday.. and another day before that…
I finally finished making my jeans as part of my final major project today!!
Well i didn’t actually make the jeans… but i destroyed them to make them more beautiful haha
So yeah this is them..
The picture’s a bit blurry so i apologise =P
First of all i threw bleach at them to get the splatter pattern, which i realise now looks like white paint hehe
The bleached areas went practically white because 1. the material is quite thin and mostly cotton and 2. i laid them out under the sun to help activate the bleach =]
Then, using scissors i sliced lines across the jeans and gently pulled out the threads to get this effect et voila!
I’m rather pleased with how they turned, it was worth all the time it took!! =P
And i think, to show my pride.. i shall wear them out tomorrow… mhmm.
